Hot Stone Massage

A Swedish Massage is augmented with hot stones to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body.  Smooth, flat, heated volcanic stones are placed on specific parts of your body: along your spine; on your stomach; on your chest; on your face; on your palms on your feet and toes.

Prenatal Massage

Studies indicate that massage therapy performed during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health. Massage therapy addresses different needs through varying techniques including Swedish Massage.

20 Min. - $35

You must drink water after the massage.
Water is a must after any massage. Because you’re moving blood and toxins that are stored in your body around during the service, it’s important to flush your system as soon as your session wraps.  Your Massage Therapist will provide a chilled bottle of water after your session.

You may feel light-headed afterwards.
Don’t panic if you find yourself getting light headed or even dizzy after your massage. It’s a very common response.  If you’re still feeling a little off balance, that cup of water post-massage should help.

This is an "add on" item and should be scheduled in conjunction to another service

Relaxation Massage

Indulgent and soothing, relaxation massage may not provide therapeutic treatment, but the psychological benefits of the deep relaxation it provides are equally beneficial to body, mind and spirit. Swedish Massage

This is the most common type of massage. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles.  By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing.  And it may even help after an injury as part of a physical therapy routine.

Feet or Hands Paraffin Treatment

Feet or hands are submerged in a warm mixture of paraffin, a petroleum-based wax, and mineral oil. This warming treatment soothes aching joints and improves circulation. The combination of oil and wax softens rough skin. Heat minimizes inflammation and alleviates pains and aches due to arthritis, strains and stress of muscles

Thai Massage

(AIS or 'Active Isolated Stretching')

This massage uses no oils or lotions.  There is constant body contact between the giver and receiver, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked. There is a standard procedure and rhythm to the massage, which is adjusted to fit the receiver.
